Just got the game free from Epic so I decided to play. Very weird interesting game. Does the Catapult unlock with the base game? I didn't get the
Directors Cut.

It's only in Director's Cut. I know the DC upgrade was $10 or something in the past, on Steam when you already owned the base game.
