as i'm going to build a new rig with a 775 m/b i'm looking around for ddr-2 memory sticks...but...is it worth the hassle?...or should i wait for the next gen??? (& when thats gonna be)
Right now it's not worth it. Once DDR 2 hits 800Mhz then it will be the stuff to get. Right now it's only slightly faster than DDR1 (or not at all) but it's more money. I would wait a while and let the motherboards get all the kinks worked out then jump on the DDR2 stuff.
