I currently use 2 X 512 twinmos and wanted to upgrade to at least 2g. To maintain anything near my current timings the twinmos needs a lot of voltage the bios is set to 3.1V but my DMM reads 3.2V. I was considering buying either 2x512 or 2x1m DDR sticks. Can anyone tell me which if any of the current batch of DDR chips/sticks can safely handle this kind of voltage? Maybe point me towards some possibilities?

My current sticks are running at 220 this is as high as they will go at 2-2-2-5. My current cpu is running at 275 and will likely go higher if I want to put a little more voltage to it. thank you,

thanks for the prompt reply Eclipse. I had considered just buying a 2 x 1m set and not worry about keeping my old mem. This patriot looked like a possibilty but who knows when and at what price it will come back in stock.
