I'm sitting here with all this gear, and no AM4 adapter kit. Does anyone know anyone at Cryorig or how to get these guys attention? They appear to have Indian based support that couldn't care less, and just tell you to take a hike. Won't be buying from Cryorig again, Noctua or maybe Scythe going forward... but just want my AM4 kit.. they were pretty misleading at the time I bought my C7. Gave the impression they were ready to go, not as the email put it "still being worked on".

At this point being May 1st, I'd expect to have heard back more than the initial email or even have the kit in hand.

I got mine Saturday. Almost a month after I bought one off Amazon for my Scythe Ashura.

I sent cryorig 2 emails with my info just to make sure.

I ordered a Cryorig C1 on April 12th, and received the AM4 kit last week so about 2 week wait.

By the time it came I had already got a Noctua cooler because I was getting impatient. But it does seem like they are shipping them.

I agree that the marketing was misleading, and had I known I was going to wait 2 weeks I would have just went Noctua from the start (as they have an actual AM4 cooler for sale, no special kit).

If they had a phone number up somewhere I could harass them until they sent it. They hide behind their support email which is useless and sends back smartass responses. They really need to expedite these. You almost feel like you're not actually their customer.
Their heatsinks look ok but lack of communication is a killer for customer relations. I'm guessing Cryorig is an engineering driven company but they should just sell the AM4 kits so I can source one and ship it as fast as I need it. Free isn't what I'm looking for.

For my build, only the C7 fits as far as I can tell that's also rated for 95W TDP. Otherwise I'd already have something else here.

I need to update my build.. I just bought a 960 Pro 1TB to replace my 960 EVO 1TB. I've always used MLC and not about to change now.. don't trust how high they've stacked that 3D TLC on my EVO 1TB. I got the X370GTN off Newegg, they were instock last Friday for 2 hours and Monday for 1 hour. It's not easy to catch them, they go fast. In a couple weeks they'll have a lot more stock than now.

I got mine for $67 because I had a $50 gift card that I applied to that item. I can't sell my board or I wouldn't have one for myself. They're already cheap at $109 though. It's a great choice, upgrade whenever the "X380" boards come out and in Asus flavor. That's my plan since AM4 is very enthusiast friendly.

Bro its a 30 dollar cpu fan. F that company. Move on and get something else. Vote thier downfall with your dollars.

Oh I'm with you 100% on that idea. Unfortunately I've been at their mercy. They have the only AM4 heatsink that fits in my Node202 Ryzen build. I'll be swapping it out as soon as something like the Scythe Big Shuriken B is available for us Ryzen owners.

The good news is I harassed them daily until they shipped it, my AM4 adapter arrives Tuesday. Then its onto one of my most anticipated builds I've ever done, 1800X/Node202/1060FE/960 Pro 1TB.
