I think these days you can't get buy with have a plain jane site anymore. Well for Billy he integrate flash into his web design very well.

It doesn't have to be flash to be cool though. I haven't seen any really good html sites lately though.

I hate the load times on Bill Bussey but he's got some good ideas. I always visit K10K and DiK and check out the links and updates there. For some great web design minus the frills check out the work done by 37 Signals bear in mind that their goals are different. They do easy to use, good looking and fast loading websites that are code-compliant for online stores and companies. Not your glitz and glamour stuff but still just as admirable.
