core speed read 3.4ghz but in windows it said 2.67ghz?

recently i tried to oced my core i5. Thinking that i'm getting a 3.4ghz but instead i think i'm really running at 2.67ghz. As you can see from the screenshot below. So can someone tell me what i am doing wrong here? Is something holding me back from getting a full 3.4ghz. I'm using EVGA P55 LE Motherboard.

what you are seeing is CPU-Z telling you the Model number and SPECIFICATION of that CPU, since you are overclocking it IS running at 3.4ghz. worry not :)
 
You are at 3.4Ghz.

Don't believe a static picture from the windows control panel. Over a live and always updating number in Cpu Z!
