Confused ???

Ok, I have a video file, and I want to alt+Prt Scr it so I can copy the paused frame, and paste it into photoshop, to make the frame a JPEG. But, whenever I do this, this is the result I get (Sorry it is kinda big):

For some reason, the image never shows up, and is only the BLACK screen, where the frame should be. Now, the oddest thing about this, is I have done this before... alt+prt scr, pasted into photshop, saved.. and voila, my JPEG.... But, now it is doing this.. Anyone know a cause for this? AAAAny help = win.

You need a player that has the ability to capture a frame. WinDVD does this along with others, but I don't think that WMP will.

You can also turn off all hardware video acceleration, then take the shot.

Where can I get my hands on WinDVD? Does it come with XP or does it have to be purchased seperately?
