Clone Surround Monitors?

I am trying to clone my 3 Surround monitors onto 1 monitor to use a capture card for streaming. Windows won't let me do it, and I don't see the option in the nVidia control panel.

Anyone know how to do this?

I'm a bit confused, are you trying to take your 5760x1080 screen and clone it to another monitor, or are you trying to get your 2 other screens to clone your main display?

I run portrait, 3600x1920, and am trying to clone it to another monitor to use a passthrough for an Avermedia card to stream to twitch. At least, that's how I understand what I need to do to use a capture card for streaming Surround. It uses too much GPU to have the GPU/CPU do everything.
