case open alarm for gigabyte motherboard

anyone know how to find a jumper or bios setting for case open alarm? we have it setup so we get emails if the case is opened. however the case is not open. we are trying to find a solution.

id say email gigabyte and ask them.. ive never used the open case alarm feature and im not sure many people have either..
