Can't setup Cisco Router

When I boot up the router this is what I get? I wanted to get one to play around and to hopefully help me study to get my CCNA.

If I hit enter it does nothing, if I type yes or y it does nothing.
 
Usually when the console isn't accepting input, but is displaying output, you need to turn off all types of flow control from within hyperterminal.

As soon as you set a startup config it wont ask you that anymore.

Until then just type 'n' or 'no' as stated above.
