Can I convert a .SIT file to a .ZIP or .RAR file???

Hey there...I have 3 .SIT files here...I know that .SIT
s are used by MACS...but the dumb person doesn't have them downloadable as any other compression type...so I was wondering if I could convert it somwhow to something that WinZIP, WinRAR, or WinACE could use...any suggestions??? THANX
