I am trying to help a friend build a computer on www.newegg.ca, well because he is from Canada. But I don't know what is good prices, or if there is a better website to order stuff from. Can anyone help me out put together a decent computer together (need everything monitor and OS)? I just don't know what's a deal and what is rip off on the Canadian site.
