BSODS - Need help ASAP!

Hey,

A friend of mine's has a Giga-Byte 8KNXP mobo with Dual Memory Corsair memory.

He seems to be having random BSODs and crashes.
I immediately suspected the memory since the only differences between his computer and mine are the monitor, the video card and the memory!

I know that many people have had problems with Corsar and Giga-Byte so I decided to come here to ask for a solution, as probably some of you have experienced similar problems.

I've read somewhere that you need to reduce the memory latency in the BIOS or something like that, but I do not know where, and what to set them to!

Please help!

First I would run Memtest86
That way you will know if it the memory or not.

No errors means it prob not the memory causeing the BSOD.
Plus what stop code are the BSOD.
If they are the same one then start looking for the code on Microsoft support.
That way you may get an idea where to start.
