booting problems

alright just setup and plugged in new comptuer parts:

nf7-s
512 hyperX pc3500
radeon 9800 pro
ibm and maxtor hdd
dvd and cdrw optical drives

when i load it reads my drives, my ram, but i get error:

cmos checksum error - loading default

and then it stops.

i tried clearing the cmos, i moved the jumper for a few seconds, and then moved it back.

help please, i'd like to go ahead and boot my system up

btw, it says press F1 to continue, but should i kep on ahead and install xp or should i go into setup and fix something?
