BFG6800U Water Block Version Problem

Hi Goys,
I posted this over at Bjorn3D forum and wanted to pass on to HOCP fans.
I have a BFG6800U water block version that rans at default clock of 470. But in my system I was only able to achieve a max stable 3D clock of 410. So I returned card and received a new one, now max stable 3D clock is 440. After spending an hour on phone with BFG Tech I agreed to swap out my Chaintech NF3-150 MB with my sons 865e. Now I am able to run at the default clock of 470, not 1 hz above but it runs. I had to swap MB's back so now I am back using coolbits to under clock my card down to 440. I have tried latest Chip set, video drivers and latest Chaintech BIOS, fresh install,...etc

Did they indicate why the MoBo was a problem?
