BF2 + Xfire

I've looked and looked and found no good answers. Can you get Xfire to start BF2 with one click (i.e. bypass the unlock and advertising popups)? Can you join games that your buddies are already in?

If you can, please let me known how. I'm in Houston and generally play BF2 with friends in Dallas and Austin, and the conference-calling-to-coordinate-servers bit is getting really freakin' old.

yeah you can use xfire to connect, it will ask for your name/pw thou and then it will go to the screens and then in a few secs it will start connecting to the server you wanna join, its kind of a pain in the arse but it does work. there isnt anyway around all the bs that im aware of.

Yea, I use it all the time and takes me directly to my favorite servers (through Xfire)

Use it all the time, see a server has some open slots in Xfire click to join, xfire asks for user name and password then it loads right up...just have to get past the opening movie..
