Best way to run sound from Emu box to TV?

im in the midst of finishing putting together my emu box which has onboard tv out (svid, chaintech summit board) so i was curious as to the best way to run sound from the box to the tv. i was figuring just a regular 1/8th" y splitter jack to RCA via the audio out to go to the tv, but are there any other/better options? im not looking to totally trick this out, but would the onboard be sufficient enough? thanks.

no shit. but notice i didnt say i was hooking it up to a receiver. i have one, but not using it at the moment (no room) so for NOW, im just looking for the best way to get the output to my TV.

You asked for the best way and thats the best way, TV aren't made with Coaxial and optical inputs so your stuck with RCA Gees
