Best queit PCI express card in the 100-150 range

So I want my computer to be damn quiet... And soon I think I will grab a nice quiet passive x800, but in the meantime, what would be the best passive, or really really quiet active cooling card in this range...

I was thinking either a powercolor x700 256MB version, or just a gigabyte 6600 thats also passive for like 40 bucks cheaper.

If that 6600 is 40 bux cheaper then def go for that over the x700. The x700 is slightly better, but no where near 40 bux better. save yourself some money.
