Best projector for business conference room?

Just wondering if any of you know what is good to use for business conference room projectors?


We are hoping to keep the lights on in the room so it needs to be able to produce a bright image.

Budget? For low $$$s it's hard to beat the little 3LCD Epson projectors (PowerLite is the business version/conference version). They can be had for around $500 and output about 3000 lumens which is enough to see computer images even with ambient room lighting. As long as you don't shine a light directly on the wall/screen, they will work fine.

If maximum brightness is what you need and portability isn't an issue, look for a used Panasonic DW series projector. They can be had used for less than $1000 and put out a massive amount of light (4500-6000 lumens depending on the model).

budget is most likely max 3,000 for a projector. just trying to find a very good one that will last a long time and work in a room with normal business lights.
