Best Motherboard out there?

I was thinking of getting:

AMD XP 3200+
1 Gigabyte of PC-3200 or PC-4000 Ram
ATi Radeon X800 Pro (or XT Platinum?)

I need to find an awesome motherboard -- preferrably abit or asus.

Well, what are your needs for the motherboard? Lotsa on-board stuff? Crazy overclocking options? What do you need/want?

Myself, I run the Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe. Dual NICs, Firewire, SATA, Soundstorm. Pretty tricked out board, and it's stable.
