Best AM2 HSF?

Ive looked at the Zalman 9500 and 9700, as well as the Tuniq Tower 120. I'd rather have something fairly quite as opposed to a pair of 120mm Delta's I had rigged in a build from a few years ago.. wow..

I have to say I'm leaning twards the 9700, but the weight of it is driving me to the 9500. Any recommendations for a great am2 cooler? no $ cap, looking to get the best out of a 5000+ BE

Pretty much the same 'best' as socket 775.

Those two you mentioned are really tall, pushing 16cm. I'm not sure if most cases have clearance for that.

I'd imagine there are some really quite 120mm fans nowadays.
 
If your case can't clear the Xigmatek or TRUE, then it's time for a new case.
