Just a brief question, guys
Is it possible to use this slot from the power supply, for PCIEX 16 slot on the mainboard?
The ones from above are for PCIEX and the ones from below are for CPU and Mainboard

I'm going to say "no" because PCIe power and ATX12v connectors have inverse polarity.
The PSU manual would have to explicitly state that the connectors are interchangeable, and even then, I'd double and triple check with a multimeter. Because sending 12v to ground on a huge power plane is going to cause a spectacular failure unless power protections kick in and prevent the PSU from starting with a direct short to ground.
The 24 pin motherboard cable splits and plugs into the right socket and the circled socket. You cannot use it for anything else since it will be occupied in any use case.
