I used elevated command prompt (Win7 x86)
The commands I used say successful.
I run bcdedit and the values are not saved.
What is keeping them from saving?

The commands I used.
bcdedit / set {..........} kernel ntkrlICE.exe
bcdedit / set {..........} testsigning on
bcdedit / set {..........} pae ForceEnable

Yes I replaced .....with my UUID.
I was using this guide.
The pic there shows the values.

That guide is outdated. I believe it is missing the disable integrity command.
I have found an alternative here with a video here.

Woohoo!! got it working!
I had to uninstall Win7 graphics drivers. Booted up into the patched Win7 and it works. Booted back into regular Win7 and installed XP version video drivers for my laptop, rebooted into patched Win7 and works like a charm. Intel HD graphics have an issue with PAE.
