The interesting challenge to me will be, how can you combine these on the same array with photovoltaic cells, so you can maximize power generation both during the day and the night. Maybe flip it over? Photovoltaic on one side, and thermoradiative on the back, and a small motor to flip them over to the optimal side depending on conditions?

Edit: expanding on that a bit– You could put these cells on the back of a shutter, over a normal solar cell. Rotate them ~45° respect to the sun during the day, hot side down, and point them up at night.
