AW9D-MAX + Q6600?

there's a post about this on the abit USA forums.
It's a 975X so won't hit the same fsbs as e.g a P35.
 
I am sure you're right. I was asking because I have access to one that a friend is dumping. I didn't know if they did better than the BX2 or not. It won't cost me a thing, and I didn't want to go through the trouble of pulling this board if there would be little to no difference.

I've been able to run 390 x 9 on this mobo with my X3220 without issues so far, and once I get better cooling, I will try for more.

I am not buying another motherboard until X38 comes out and I can compare it to P35.
