Auto Overclocking with Coolbits 2?

Ok this sounds stupid cause I think I already know the answer to this BUT with my 6800GT and coolbits 2 you can do the "Auto Overclock" thing. Does anyone know how far it will overclock or if it actually works?

:Edit: 1 more question for ya. Can you uninstall Coolbits by itself or do I have to reinstall my drivers?

i've heard coolbits2 = the devil, so i'm staying away from it.

Coolbits 2 is fine as long as you don't use the auto overclocking. Just do the "detect maximum speeds" thing about 3 or 4 times and set your card somewhere between the high and low readings and test it out. (If you get a wildly high numbers then forget using that function at all)
