^^ That's what's at newegg.com and they did the non-refundable speil a couple weeks before they were getting the new Prescott's in... I'm assuming something newer is coming out, *cough cough* 939!?

But they WILL replace it with an Identical one, so that theory doesn't work. You just can't get a refund.
 
Well I dunno, about a month ago I purchased a 2.4C and it had a 7 day refund return policy. Then, earlier this month it changed to no refunds and then the prescott came out ;)
 
Well probably because people were returning it just because they could. Felt like trying it out to see if it was worth upgrading from their 2.4 or something... who knows.

Most rules in society are in place because someone took advantage of something somewhere. So thank the lowlifes for it.
