I currently have a P9X79 Pro board, but it's defective and I am able to exchange it. I'm trying to decide between doing the Z97 Pro (Wifi AC) and getting a 4770k CPU from the Intel deal, or just switch up to a X79-Deluxe board, and keep my 3930k. Anyone have any advice?

Depends on what you're going to do with it. Give us as much info as you can please.
I take it you are exchanging it through the store you bought it from? If that is the case, then sure, go ahead and get the ASUS board if you will be able to do so again when that board goes bad.
If you have another brand available, then get that.
