I have an ASUS Z270i Strix motherboard and I was looking around to figure out if I can use another type of antenna for the Wi-Fi module. I don't want to have a plastic thing sitting on top of my case with wires going to the I/O shield. Instead I'd rather have a couple of hard antenna on the back like you'd find on a wireless router.

I would be looking for antennas that can support Bluetooth 4.1, and 802.11ac Wi-Fi.

I have found these two products on Digikey and Mouser and was wondering if any of you would be able to confirm if they would work, or if the connector is the wrong type, etc. Thanks!

Both should work just fine.
What you want is a reverse polarity SMA connector antenna (RP-SMA). Both of your antennas look like they are exactly that (though I am not 100% for the mouser antenna, in mouser they list it as SMA but in the datasheet they clearly say RP-SMA is the default configuration).
Furthermore, you want either an omnidirectional antenna or a directional antenna you can turn around (horizontal rotation) so you can direct it in the right direction. I would recommend the omni directional one (you would probably only find omnis anyway).

Both should be fine, but the Mouser option is out of stock and likely not worth waiting for.

You're looking for dual band in 2.4 and 5GHz range with a 0-2dB gain. Anything for this type of product will likely be a basic linear omnidirectional antenna. For these you ideally want to point the antenna in two (or three, depending on how many ports are available on your computer/router) different directions for maximum alignment with the antennas in your other devices. Note that this isn't directionality, just signal alignment.

This should also work:

These fit as well, and are remarkably inexpensive. I bought a pair in January before discovering the (2.4GHz only) stubby antennas I've switched to for Bluetooth.

I'm happy to send them to you if you cover postage as they're in the eBay pile anyhow.
