Hmmm, after looking at it that may be tough. The trick will be getting a low profile chipset block with g1/4 ports that won't get in the way of your GPU.
I haven't looked at chipset blocks in ages tho. There may be something out there purpose built for just that.

Edit- If you could find one of these old school badboys and a couple 1/4in. to whatever your tubing is-reducers, you'd be golden (pun intended).

Seriously these were/are awesome little blocks. I only linked it to give you an idea of what to look for.

My version has no fan, just a humongous hunk of aluminum sitting on a piece of thermal putty. Decided to skip it as I would have to pay someone to make the Aquacomputer screen to fit the odd board holes. Guess it's time to just melt the sterling silver block.
