Asus Rep

Raja is mostly motherboards i believe, i dont know if he does GPUs.

I need to RMA a motherboard. Figured I would get the fastest response here though.

Your best bet is going to Asus's site and start a RMA request. Reps can help with issues arising from RMAs -> but they aren't the ones who service RMAs

I know, I already started the process, just wanted to make sure that I had backup in case they try and pull some crap on me. Heard that Asus likes doing that.

RMAs are never fun across the board - it always sucks having to lose time with something... One company I was blown away by last week was ANKER (usb chargers and batteries + more on newegg and amazon) as I had a 5 port 40w 8a usb charger with only 2 ports active, I had only to provide a serial # and 2 1/2 days later I had another in hand. Seriously recommend them :)
