ASRock P55 EXTREME 4 Problems Please help going crazy

so nobody has ever seen anything like this or am i just losing it
 
i tried with different ram and ran it all night. and the screen was full of artifacts and memtest was still running. so i dont know what it is. i am starting to think its the motherboard.
 
Please remove all your ram. clear the cmos with the jumper or the battery. One stick at a time different slots test it with memtest86 offline. When I say offline I mean memtest86 on a bootdisk. If you don't have one download hiron bootcd and burn it to disk. Memtest86 is on there
 
i was running memtest on a cd that i burned because i left my usb stick at my friends house
