argh...new install of winfast tv2000 dlx causing reboots!!

Hey everyone,
I am currently trying to install my new WinFast tv tuner card, but the install process reboots the computer every single time :( It seems to be at a certain part where I am guessing it tries to access the card and causes an error. Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! thanks :)
 
Ok. the part that is crashing the computer is the part where it tries to install the drivers for the crossbar...anyone have any ideas?
