I hadn't heard of them until today, but searched them out due to the BB vs others insurance thread. They have some testimonials but really only found 2 reviews online. One good, the other not.
Their BBB rating is A-, mostly due to newness of the company (founded in 2008 or 9); 4 complaints in a year as of end of 2011, all "resolved" (Really hard to tell what they are, as the BBB doesn't actually tell you that. Their price is comparable to SquareTrade, but they include theft & loss in it which ST doesn't. They have also spammed a lot of android and iphone forums, but have stayed away from the tech sites.
Any thoughts?
