anyone has supermoicro 36 bays plz help (motherboard tray stuck in)

hi

i just bought a used supermicro 36 bays server and tried to slide out the motherboard tray to get access to backplanes but couldn't ( still like a heavy rock !!)

i did like this video but it didn't work for me and dont know how to fix it

I think you removed the screws in Step 2 below OK, now follow steps 3 and 4 -- find the release pin and pull on it to let you slide the motherboard tray out of the chassis:

now i power the server on and face another problem with this message:



i have LSI MegaRAID SAS 9271-8i card

on supermicro server :
X8DTN+ Motherboard
2x Intel Xeon E5620 2.4ghz Quad Core 12mb Cache 5.86 GT/s
8x 4gb DDR3 Memory
