Kinda funny. I remember oracle something being advertised as unhackable and reading an artice about how some hackers found a flaw in it with an ad next to the article saying that it was hack proof. That was funny. I wish I had the screen shot of that I took.

What I don't understand about this is that Abit was the first MFG to admit to this problem and to start fixing the old MB's.
For the last 5 years or so they have replaced tons of MB's for my roomates work because of just this issue.
So it seems to me that this is a rather pointless lawsuit.
