Any B&M or reputable online sellers have Power Player systems?

I was browsing through my local Craig's List site when I came upon a "Power Player" setup. Originally dismissing it as a typical 20-in-1 game system, I ended up doing some research to find out that it instead has dozens, if not hundreds, of games in its memory, including some classic NES games that I'd long forgotten about.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, check out an eBay auction where someone has what I want.

Trouble is, given that I don't have a lot of concrete info about the product, and many of eBay's auctions have high S&H fees, I'd like to see if a local B&M store or a reputable online merchant has this device. I'm in SE Michigan so there are plenty of places to look.

Alternatively, can anyone suggest something similar? ROMs aren't the answer for me since I want to have a nice plug-and-play setup going on. And low cost is important, otherwise I'd just buy a used Gamecube or something.
