help a noob, i've never used steam before, i needed to restart my comp. because it locked up while trying (just like every other person in the world) to register for steam. When i restarted my comp. i went to try to register and when i hit "Next" it says "action can not be completed while steam is offline"....is it offline because of them or do i need to turn something back on, on my comp??????
I never even got thru to register the first time, so how the hell could i have put steam into "offline mode"??? How do i get it out of offline mode?
