EDIT: Beta 4 is up, lots of bugs fixed, a feature added, etc. Please upgrade if you have the older version.
It's basic, free, backup software supporting CD/DVD burning, FTP backup, and normal search and copy backups (you can specify your own extensions, etc.). Check it out at http://www.amromousa.com/ambackup/ . I hope some of you guys get some use out of it.
