Aero Glass

Hopefully a simple one here.

The glass effect of Vista is no longer working. It is selected in the theme, but the glass appearance isn't working in it.

Can anybody help?

All right, there's a few things to check. First, make sure your display is set to 32-bit colors, as Aero doesn't work correctly with 16-bit colors. Second, make sure transparency is still enabled, and select Basic then go back to Aero to see if that jogs it. I would probably try and re-run Vista's performance rating tool (control panel -> system), too. My next move would be a driver reinstall.
