Thermalright TRUE 120 with 1366 Adaptor Kit: $29 Shipped
Used for roughly 14 months. Switched to water cooling and don't need anymore. Only has 1 set of fan clips.

Purchased for a water cooling project which took a different path. Left-hand resevoir has developed rust along the top-right edge but can be cleaned-up with a little sanding and painting.
