My friend recommended this board back when the [email protected] was the hip new thing. He said his only problem was that it would complain on boot about "system failed due to memory error" or something to that effect.
Well, I got mine and it does the same thing. 1007 Bios.
The thing is, it's high quality Corsair XMS LLPT TwinX SuperDeeDuper RobocopVsTerminator RAM and memtest86 can run all day without an error.
Are these mobos actually rather gimpy, or is it coincidence that ours give the same error with seemingly good ram?
