i work commercial construction, and quite frankly (dont call me Frank) any of the point and shoot IR reading guns are going to get you within a degree F.
This, I use them to check bridge deck temps before I lay down epoxy overlay. I spent over $200 on a Fluke at the Homo Depot only to see the inspectors el cheapo Harbor Freight model get nearly identical readings.
