9800 pro VMOD max on stock cooling

Ok, I have my volt mod installed on my 9800pro and was wondering what is safe to use with the stock HSF (ATI reference).

The GPU voltage is currently at 1.725V, which I believe to be stock or very close to it.

Would 1.9-2.0 be safe or lower?

I am asking this because I havent put a waterblock on it yet and dont want to fry the thing just yet.

don't even try it. you will fry it. get good - VERY GOOD - cooling. otherwise, i see some blue smoke in your future.

the guy who modded mine put it at 1.925, but that is with really good cooling. ive seen people who have vga silencers who say they have theirs at 1.9 though
