Not sure if you have enough space with a monsta in there instead but it should give you some ideas for a drain valve.

I like your choice of colours. White and CF are a really nice combo. That is how I spec my cars

Aida64 has been running its test and things seem stable at 4.6. However when I st the stress test it stays running at 3.4 which is the stock clock. Windows doesn't show the new oc speed either?

Can someone also please advise on the best settings for my water cooled R9 290s for each section in GPU Tweak, specifically:

GPUs Clock - default 947
GPUs Voltage - default 1259
Memory Clock - default 5000
Power Target - default 100

Is afterburner much better than GPU tweak?

The CPU has a turbo function.
If you don't care what the CPU clocks at idle, leave it be. When stressed the CPU will enable turbo and overclock. Exactly as you describe.
If you want the CPU to run 4.6 all the time, disable turbo in the BIOS.
Do you have any experience with the Core i7?

The same principle applies to your GPUs, determine a reasonable OC and test it out.
Do some research on the GPU and find out what others do.
there should be a giant thread somewhere about OCs on the R9 290X and the correct way to do things.
I like Afterburner because not only do you control the OC, you also get all the graphing functions as well.
