7300GT noise issue - will this work?

I have just put a new Leadtek 7300GT into a basic system build for my dad. It's a basic card, but won't really be used for gaming. I've got the system damn near silent, apart from the annoying fan on this card! It's quite a high pitch so really gets to you after a while! I was looking at the Zalman VF700-CU video cooler and it seems like that could be the solution. Anyone had any experience with it, is it as quiet as they claim? And more importantly, will it work with this card? THIS is a link to the exact card I have.
