Greetings all,
I have an extra 4gb set of Kingston PC6400 800MHz ram that i am currently not using that came with a partial bare bones kit i got a couple of months ago. At the moment i am running Windows XP Pro 32bit or X86 and my question is this. If i install the other 4gb's of memory will i gain any improvement in porformance what so ever or be able to benefit by it at all? I know that 32bit XP only see's or utilizes up to 4Gb's max, but will it help my system in anyway at all? I can not return the memory now. So should i just save it as back up or just go ahead and install it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
