I am going to etiher build a PC with a 3400 or 3500...

What is the best Memory for these chips?

1GB or 2x 512MB sticks

Crucial, Corsair, OCZ?

Any opinions welcome

The 3500+ is clearly the s939 version, I think the A64 is a given.

Get two sticks of whatever for the 3500+ to make use of its dual-channel capability, for the 3400+ get whatever's cheaper, one or two sticks matters little.

Crucial's new Ballistix stuff is yet to be fully evaluated by the forum's membership.
Corsair is an easy answer, if you have the cash.

I really wish some of you "what should I get?" folks would do SOME sort of research before you jump in here. Thats what review sites are for, dont be lazy.

I would wait till the new 2-2-2 sticks come out from corsairs, ocz and mushkin then pick which ever one clocks the best. Or right now the best option would be ocz EB if you can get it.
