$300 gaming monitor options?

i've been researching monitors,and i must say i burned out now. i have a $300 budget i'd like to stick to.

i'm looking to go 1080p but i'm having trouble deciding on a 24'' with a 144hz refresh rate,or going with a 27''-28'' with a good response time.i'm not interested in 4k or g-sync so plz dont recommend any of them. but i am looking for some good chioces and would like to know what you guys reccommend? thx

I went from a 27" 1080 with a gtx 670 to a 27" qnix 1440 with a gtx 970 and it is absolutely fantastic. Oc'ed the monitor to 96 hz as well.

I checked green-sum at eBay yesterday and a glossy perfect pixel is $319. Highly recommended.

I'll have to look into it a bit more.but I'm not really looking to go above 1080p

You can get 27" versions but I find them too big personally for gaming...
I go the Benq 24" 144hz but I wish I went with something with better colors colors are not bad in Photo Mode presets just the presets are a joke.

Your basically asking if you can buy a hummer for under 2 thousand dollars. Not happening.

A used CRT would be your best option for this budget.
