For some reason, my Sapphire x1900xt won't open the taps and belt out pixels at 621/1440 like it should.
I've tried Catalyst 6.8, 6.9, and Omega 6.9. ATI Tray Tools insist in the graphs (running in the background while I play Oblivion) that the clock speeds haven't changed a fraction during gameplay. I'm using a 3000+ for my CPU, so I need every GPU horsepower I can get!
I run a 19" primary display, with a 15" secondary, so the secondary sits on Windows while I game on the 19". Does this mean that the drivers perceive the game as windowed, and thus don't wind up the card to full welly? How can I get it to, other than by disconnecting the second display?
